Are you insured?

Yes. Fully insured and registered with the state of Iowa.

How are your payments accepted?

We accept Cash, check, Venmo, credit or debit cards. Which are paid directly through the platform and it does not save any information.

Do I have to supply my own cleaning supplies?

Great question..No you do not have to supply anything! We will bring all of the necessary tools and cleaning supplies to complete the job at hand. If there are certain chemicals that you are sensitive to or you just simply don't like, we can certainly use yours or our steam clean technology.

During our initial meet and greet, this is one of the questions we would ask in order to understand your cleaning needs.

Are pets ok?

Of course- we love our animals! It would be ideal for you to mention how many you have, what kind they are, and what their names are. We will clean around them, we know they are important members of your family. Aggressive pets would need to be secured.

Do I need to be home while my home is getting cleaned?

There is no need to be home, feel free to leave instructions via notes or with the team lead. Some of our customers feel comfortable staying home while we clean and some of them wish to step out. Completely up to you. It will always be the same cleaners inside your home so there is always an accountability.

Do you have references?

Great question. Yes we do. We pride ourselves on excellent service. We can and will provide you with a minimum of three references upon request. We are also listed with the Better Business Bureau, maintain a high Google rating

How long will my cleaning or painting take?

Deep cleanings are typically longer than our follow up cleanings. Deep cleanings include services, such as pulling out appliances, cleaning inside of stove, flipping over couches that require so much attention. Every situation is different and each home can require more or less attention. Be sure to ask for an estimate during the meet and greet process for your cleaning or painting project.

When will I be charged?

We ask that all residential accounts have payment ready at the end of each service. Commercial accounts can be placed on a 30 day net.

Do I need a deep cleaning if it's my first time?

We recommend a deep cleaning for all of our clients. We do things a little different than your typical cleaning company. So we ask for an initial deep cleaning on the first visit to get the home where we need it to be in order to maintain a follow up cleaning schedule. But again this situation can be different for everyone, especially if you already have a cleaning service.

Do you only paint walls?

No! A to Z Help can help paint your walls, trim, ceilings and siding. Have something else you want painted? Give us a call and we are happy to discuss special requests.
