We accept Cash, check, Venmo, credit or debit cards. Which are paid directly through the platform and it does not save any information.
We ask that all residential accounts have payment ready at the end of each service. Commercial accounts can be placed on a 30 day net.

Great question..No you do not have to supply anything! We will bring all of the necessary tools and cleaning supplies to complete the job at hand. If there are certain chemicals that you are sensitive to or you just simply don’t like, we can certainly use yours or our steam clean technology.

There is no need to be home, feel free to leave instructions via notes or with the team lead. Some of our customers feel comfortable staying home while we clean and some of them wish to step out. Completely up to you. It will always be the same cleaners inside your home so there is always an accountability.
Deep cleanings are typically longer than our follow up cleanings. Deep cleanings include services, such as pulling out appliances, cleaning inside of stove, flipping over couches that require so much attention. Every situation is different and each home can require more or less attention. Be sure to ask for an estimate during the meet and greet process for your cleaning or painting project.
We recommend a deep cleaning for all of our clients. We do things a little different than your typical cleaning company. So we ask for an initial deep cleaning on the first visit to get the home where we need it to be in order to maintain a follow up cleaning schedule. But again this situation can be different for everyone, especially if you already have a cleaning service.
